Genni Lockerby, DVM

Genni Lockerby is a Vermont native, originally from a small town near the Canadian Border. She attended Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire, receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After College, Genni worked in cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital for a year before attending veterinary school at Ross University on the beautiful island of St. Kitts located in the West Indies. She attended Purdue University, College of Veterinary Medicine in Indiana for her clinical training, where she focused on mixed animal practice. Once in practice, Genni found her passion for small animal veterinary medicine and has been working with small animals ever since. Genni has a particular interest in gross pathology as well as a love for all things cats.

Currently Genni lives in Vermont with her husband, 2 kids and her favorite souvenir from St. Kitts– a personable cat named Dorian Gray.  On her off time she enjoys outdoor activities and all things theater.
